Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, jewellery items are generally not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Warranty Coverage

ALMEZO provides a 6-month warranty for jewellery items against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Improper use

  • Exposure to chemicals or water

  • Normal wear and tear

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if a replacement product cannot be provided.
