All prices listed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). ALMEZO reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation message or email. Our team may contact customers to confirm delivery details before dispatching the order.

5. Payment Methods

We currently support:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Online payment methods (if available)

6. Delivery

ALMEZO provides islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka. Delivery times typically range from 1–3 working days depending on the destination.

7. Warranty

All ALMEZO jewellery products include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Jewellery items may be eligible for exchange if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, content, branding, and product designs displayed on this website belong to ALMEZO and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

ALMEZO reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
